Complete a secure identity check.
The team will explain how to verify that the account is yours before any destructive action is taken. Do not email a password, OTP, payment details or identity documents with your initial request.
Confirm the scope of your request.
You can ask which data will be deleted, which records may need to be retained, and what happens next. The privacy policy explains how Snipp handles personal information.
Already using the app?
You can also open the account-deletion option in Snipp’s account settings and follow the identity-check and confirmation steps. Email remains available if you cannot access the app.
Understand your data.
Read the privacy policy or ask the privacy team about deletion and retention before you proceed. Sending a request is not confirmation that deletion has been completed.
